Katherine’s legal experience has been focused on fighting for the rights of others. Throughout law school, Katherine clerked at a law firm writing social security disability appeal briefs and volunteering at the Center for Victim and Human Rights focusing on protecting the rights of those who have been victims of violent crimes. Through these experiences, Katherine knew that she wanted to dedicate her legal career to advocating for the rights of others.
During a victim’s most vulnerable time, insurance companies will use that opportunity to feed off those harmed by in a car accident. Katherine advocates for fair treatment of her clients, and ensures their voices are being heard by the insurance companies. No matter how large or small the case, Katherine fights to obtain the compensation her clients deserve.
